I am very grateful for your guidance last year - it helped me to realise what was important to me and motivated me to pursue an area of law that I am genuinely interested in. I have moved into an area of law that I really enjoyed (clinical negligence) which enabled me to feel like I was helping people who really needed it which made me feel a lot more fulfilled. I have now secured a training contract so am finally on route to qualification! Sarah - Law Graduate

SAB Careers Consultancy offers a number of different services in the careers consulting arena to help you get on the right career path and achieve your goals, including:
Psychometric Assessment and Feedback
Explore your interests, aspirations, aptitudes and personality, and discover how they relate to your working life with this comprehensive testing and feedback service. Available for both young people and adults, you start by completing a structured online careers assessment tool. You will then receive feedback from Sally, either online, via telephone or face-to-face, to explain what your results mean and how they can help your career choices.
Whether you are seeking to improve your interview skills or how you complete application forms or online tests, Sally will tailor your coaching to suit your needs. Together we'll identify your career goals, help you create a plan and look at the steps you need to get there. Coaching can be one-off sessions or a series of meetings.
A workshop is a great way of helping a group of people at the same time. Sally has delivered many workshops on career development, educational pathways, helping careers' advisers understand apprenticeships, and advising unemployed people return to work. Sally can deliver bespoke training and workshops for businesses, public sector organisations and not-for-profit groups on careers-related subjects.
