Whether you are still at school and considering your options, taking the next steps into further or higher education, or wanting to change direction in your established career, SAB Careers Consultancy offers one-to-one support and coaching to enable you to get on the right path.
Founded by Sally East, SAB Careers Consultancy is passionate about breaking down the barriers to learning and work, helping you to fulfil your potential.
About Sally, SAB Consultancy Founder
Formerly a teacher and lecturer in psychology, Sally has more than 20 years’ practical experience in the education, training and coaching industry. She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology, is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society
Sally began her career as an Open University Lecturer and Consultant, alongside teaching psychology in schools and colleges around her hometown of Orpington, Kent. She set up SAB Consultancy to enable her to offer coaching, psychometric testing and support services to a wide range of young people, students and adults across the UK.
Sally has an enhanced Disclosure Barring Certificate to enable her to work with children and adults and has completed a recognised Safeguarding course.
How SAB Careers Consultancy works
All consultations are one-to-one, by telephone, online or face-to-face. Whatever works best for you.
The consultations use a number of coaching techniques, and are adapted to suit your needs.
Sally can offer continued support to help you move forward and achieve your goals, throughout your journey.

SAB Careers Consultancy offers a number of different services in the careers consulting arena to help you get on the right career path and achieve your goals, including:
Psychometric Assessment and Feedback
Explore your interests, aspirations, aptitudes and personality, and discover how they relate to your working life with this comprehensive testing and feedback service. Available for both young people and adults, you start by completing a structured online careers assessment tool. You will then receive feedback from Sally, either online, via telephone or face-to-face, to explain what your results mean and how they can help your career choices.
Coaching
Whether you are seeking to improve your interview skills or how you complete application forms or online tests, Sally will tailor your coaching to suit your needs. Together we'll identify your career goals, help you create a plan and look at the steps you need to get there. Coaching can be one-off sessions or a series of meetings.
Training
A workshop is a great way of helping a group of people at the same time. Sally has delivered many workshops on career development, educational pathways, helping careers' advisers understand apprenticeships, and advising unemployed people return to work. Sally can deliver bespoke training and workshops for businesses, public sector organisations and not-for-profit groups on careers-related subjects.
